Subscription Terms – PurelyAqua
How your subscription works
When you start a subscription with PurelyAqua, your filter will be delivered automatically according to the interval you choose (2, 3, 4 or 6 months).
The purpose of the subscription is to make it easy to always have clean and fresh water at home – without having to remember when your filter needs replacing.
Payment
Payment is processed automatically using the payment method selected at your first purchase.
For each new delivery, a new order is created and payment is charged automatically.
The subscription continues until you pause or cancel it.
Change, pause or cancel
You can at any time:

Pause your subscription

Change the delivery interval

Update your payment details

Cancel your subscription
This can easily be managed through your customer account.
Any changes must be made before the next order is created.
Our loyalty bonus – every 6th delivery free
As a thank you for your loyalty, every 6th paid delivery is free of charge.
The free delivery applies to:

Every sixth completed and paid delivery

Within the same active subscription agreement
If the subscription is cancelled and started again, the count begins from zero.
Paused deliveries or failed payments do not count as completed deliveries.
