Subscription Terms

If you have purchased a subscription product from PurelyAqua, new filters will be delivered automatically according to the delivery interval you selected.


Flexible and commitment-free

You can at any time:

  • change your delivery interval
  • pause your subscription
  • cancel your subscription

There is no binding period – you are always in full control.

Changes and cancellation

To ensure that any changes or cancellations apply to your next delivery, they must be made before the next billing date.

If a subscription order has already been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled for that delivery. However, you can stop all future deliveries at any time.
