Payment
We accept payment via Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard.
You can also pay using Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other available payment methods at checkout.
Payment will only be charged once your order has been dispatched.
All payments are processed via a secure, encrypted connection (SSL), ensuring that your information is protected.
Delivery
We offer fast and reliable delivery from our warehouses in Sweden or Denmark.
Estimated delivery times:
- Denmark: 1–3 business days
- Sweden: 1–3 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3–6 business days
Shipping costs:
- Denmark: 49 DKK
- Sweden: 59 SEK
- Rest of Europe: 129 DKK
Free shipping is available on orders over 500 (local currency).
Right to complain
You have a 2-year right to complain under applicable consumer protection laws.
This right covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing. It does not cover damage caused by incorrect use of the product.
If your complaint is approved, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs.

We recommend that customers in Denmark return to the Danish address and customers in Sweden to the Swedish address, as this often results in lower return shipping costs.
We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases made through our webshop.
The withdrawal period begins from the day you receive your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days via email:

Once you have informed us, you have 14 days to return the item.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Condition of returned items
You are only liable for any reduction in value if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function.
To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in substantially the same condition and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
