At PurelyAqua, our goal is to make it simple and reassuring to choose better water in everyday life.
All our products are made in Italy and shipped from our warehouses in Sweden or Denmark. This ensures shorter delivery times, consistent quality, and full traceability – from production to your home.
Shipping
We pack and dispatch orders on an ongoing basis from our Scandinavian warehouses.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after being placed. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information, so you can follow your delivery all the way.
Delivery time
Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination, but most orders arrive within a few business days after dispatch.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
